When you would like to make an appointment, please contact us during normal business hours (9:00 to 5:00) at least one business day (Monday through Friday), before you would like to come. Because the hydrotherapist works by appointment only, we cannot always accommodate requests for same-day service.
Due to the frequency of no-shows and last-minute cancellations in the colonics business, we require a major credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) and mailing address in order to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to keep your appointment, in which case you will incur a $20.00 ($25.00) cancellation fee.
After you have reserved your appointment, please remember:
- NOT to eat for 3-4 hours before coming (clear liquids are fine)
- to bring the correct spelling of any prescription medications you are taking
- if you are female, to wear separates so that you can disrobe from the waist down only
- to bring any comfort items you think you might want, such as a bed sheet if you prefer more coverage than a paper medical drape would provide, or a small blanket or socks for added warmth
We suggest you allow at least 1½ hours for your first appointment; future appointments will take approximately one hour.
If you are arriving before or after normal business hours, when our commercial building’s front doors might be locked, please bring a cell phone and our telephone number (703/533-2153), in case you need assistance getting into the building.
